Year 1

FALL

    • MUS 4/515 - Intro to Music Industry

  • Write New Curriculum

    • AMP I, II, & III (see curriculum page)

    • Commercial Music Ensemble
      (CME -Fast Track?)

  • Develop immediate and longterm PR Campaign with OCA / SOU marketing and web ofc. 

    • CMP: new curriculum, facilities, etc.​
       

  • Cohort Advising
     

  • Assess & Develop Dept's equipment (music software & hardware) and needs, short/long term

 

 

WINTER

  • Teach New Curriculum

    • MUS 4/516 - Music Publishing, Copyright, and Licensing

    • CME? (or place holder course)

       

  • Finish New Curriculum:

    • AMP I, II, & III​

       

  • Networking (Push PR to):

    • Local, state, upper northwest
       

  • Recruiting (Schedule Visit/Zoom)

    • with HS & CC campuses

    • College fairs
       

  • Acquire and Install immediate equipment needs for Year 1

 

SPRING

  • Teach New Curriculum

  • Publish/Catalog New Curriculum:
